Advice Before You Do A System Restore

Having to do a system restore is not a pleasant task. Aside from the time and effort involved it can mean you lose work, files, programs, and passwords. Sometimes there is no option to bring your PC back to life and if that’s the case you’ll want to back up as much as you can beforehand. But just before you despair you may be able to avoid the Dreaded System Restore. There are a few steps you can take, even when you think you’ve tried everything. So, before you take a giant leap in the wrong direction, see if you can save yourself the aggro’ and prevent a full system restore.
