What in the world is ‘defragging’?
For the “non technical” PC user, terms like “defragging” make no sense. But defragging is a good thing to do, especially if your programs are taking a long time to load or your computer is sluggish.
Basically, your computer stores information in the first available slot, meaning that if you install a program for example, pieces of that program are scattered all over hard drive. “Defragging” will move it all back into one piece.
