Technology that lets you know things!

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

You might be one of those people that has received a telephone call from an unfamiliar number and wanted to find out who that person was. Fortunately this is possible with the use of a good reverse phone lookup portal.

This is what you do if you simply MUST know who called

The first thing you should do is consult a non-paid reverse phone directory. Many of them are found on the net. As soon as you get on the free portal, enter the phone number with the area code and the seven digits into the search bar and hit ’search’. You should get the desired information if the phone number that you’re looking for is a listed land line. The site should give you the name and the address of the phone number’s owner.

If you’re part of the lucky few, you will be able to get the needed information right on the spot. Unfortunately most phone numbers force you to take a slightly different approach.

The number one reason why these types of searches fail is because the number that you are looking for is a mobile number or is simply unlisted. Cell phone and unlisted numbers are not found in the same centralized listings like landlines that is why free portals do not give you access to them. You will also have a hard time locating any unlisted/non-published numbers.

Search in as many of those portals as you’d like but you will only waste your time. These portals use the exact same resource to get their listings, that’s why the result in one portal will be an exact match to the result at a ‘different’ one.

What you need is access to an untapped database.

A good alternative to those cloned portals is a quality paid reverse phone lookup site. For a small payment you will gain access to a specialize database from a web-site which is specialized in reverse cell phone tracing. You will get laser targeted material based on the phone number of your choice. You can use a landline, cell phone or even an unlisted number in your search.

The private database covers most of the United States and gives better quality results than most of the other portals. You will also enjoy added goodies such as people search, free search sidekick and wide people search amongst other things.

When you search you are protected by a guarantee umbrella. If the promised results are not provided than you will not part with your money.

In order to access the reverse phone portal a small fee is charged. In exchange for the payment you can get access to special phone reports and an ability to run an unlimited amount of searches. As soon as you have signed up, simply enter the desired telephone number into the database and hit ‘SEARCH’ your results will appear almost instantly. Simply set it and forget it.

VoIP In Many Countries

Friday, January 5th, 2007

Government agencies in many countries are already embracing IP networks and adopting VoIP along the way. In addition, individual users are increasingly looking for the kind of advanced applications that can be provided in an all IP-enabled world. IP networks provide distributed intelligence throughout the networks, smart end points and smart applications. Also, IP networks are capable of delivering voice communications, as well as the seamless convergence of data, voice, and video applications, across multiple and diverse devices. The benefits of IP in the networks also extend to the cost of developing and upgrading applications; upgrades in an IP network are easier and less expensive to make, thus enabling the development of new innovations more rapidly, and at lower cost. Benefits also exist in the life cycle of IP systems and networks, with feature enhancements; updates and maintenance of these systems made electronically, thus improving the performance, and lowering the maintenance costs over the life of the system.

Even as this migration is taking place, the full adoption of IP in the communications networks will take several years to complete, with the co-existence of the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and IP networks expected to continue through the transitional period. At the same time, new broadband wireless capabilities are emerging in the marketplace. Indeed for many countries, wireless provides a new, exciting, and affordable approach to bringing communications technology to their citizens, who today lack landline access. The developing countries offer exciting adoption of wireless in all flavors, and indeed 3G wireless will continue to advance most rapidly in Africa, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific. IP will be the bridge between the PSTN, wireless and the new broadband IP world…
